Chef Sean Connolly and his award-winning team have cooked up something truly mouthwatering to mark the occasion. So, come celebrate with us, Esther-style, where every bite is a reason to cheer.
We’ll kick things off with a chilled flute of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne, the perfect start to your evening of indulgence. And, of course, don’t miss our classic, traditional puff bread – practically a legend around here!
Dinner sittings: 5:30pm-8:00pm, and 8:30pm-11:00pm (just in time to get out and catch the fireworks).
