From charred, caramelised, and perfectly blistered bites to juicy, flame-grilled goodness, this new lunch menu is all about bold flavours and primal cooking. Coal-fired cooking a distinctive culinary technique, mastered by Esther, brings unparalleled qualities to every dish. 

First course, choose from:

  • Line-caught Kingfish crudo with charred blood orange and peppery nasturtium
  • Curious Croppers heirloom tomatoes served with smoked stracciatella
  • Blistered peppers, white anchovies, salsa rosso

Second course, choose from:

  • Harmony Farms pork chop served with morcilla (blood sausage), capers
  • Manuka roasted cauliflower steak, pomegranate, lemon, pistachio
  • Bucatini Amatriciana with guanciale and smoked tomatoes and parmesan
